What's the deal on induction? If I hit my due date do I have any " rights" to ask to be induced or do I gotta wait even if I start goin towards 42 weeks?

All doctors are different. My doctor isn't going to let me go that long. Maybe only a couple days after my due date

My clinic won't do it until 41wks. so I'm not sure if its policy or not... but I only made it to 38wks lol so I never ran into that problem thankfully.

my Dr will induce at 39 weeks I'm not sure if that's for all her pts or just for me because of the problems I've been having

@mrshamilton830, what problems have you been having? I had mild pre eclampsia so maybe mine will do the same?

my baby has been measuring small my entire pregnancy and with my last baby i was induced at 37 weeks due to growth restriction baby want getting enough from me so Dr has been monitoring her growth and my weight gain closely
