I've done everything for this girl to be content and sleep in her bassinet. Fed her, changed her, burbed her, rocked her. She's good for a few mins then she starts whining and crying. Then I pick her up and hold her and she stops then falls into a deep sleep! I don't know what to do help!! 😫😴

I have the same problem. Usually I'll try to let her fall asleep in my arms and then once she's asleep I'll put her in her bassinet. Sometimes that doesn't work and she immediately wakes up, and at that point I'll just say screw it and co-sleep. they're so young at this age that it's really impossible to spoil them, they need all the love and attention they can get.

@katarama, that's what I try to do. I do have a queen bed and my SO works overnight so it would be easy to have her sleep with me but the thought scares me and I don't want her to catch on to that habit.

my boyfriend works nights, too, so I'm in the exact same boat lol. we have one of the big boppy pillows that we set her in, she likes it more than her bassinet and her bouncer! the way it's shaped makes her feel like she's being held.

when we do co-sleep I usually hold her in my arms and support the arm that her head is resting on with a pillow, then fall asleep sitting up. not comfy at all, but I'm afraid to have her on her stomach or beside me.

Lol I co sleep every night, I just put her in my arm laying on her back and she's fine. I just put her on the opposite side of her dad if he's sleeping with me. She's never wanted to sleep alone, and the crying out method is horrible for a baby, so I've basically said screw it , I love sleeping with get anyways

@katarama, well, I'm packing myself and my baby to come over lol I do have that rock n play sleeper but people told me they shouldn't sleep in it idk why it has the word sleeper in it lol

It's not recommended that they sleep in them for too long, but my daughter still only sleeps a few hours at a time at the most. Plus it's been a lifesaver. For the first week it was the only place we could set her down and not have her scream.

I'm in the same boat my daughter has hated laying on her back since birth even in the hospital crib. I would hold her every night until 3 weeks I just started trying to get her in the bassinet and she will cry as soon as I lay her down but when I pick her up she is knocked out.
