I was just laying on my left side and suddenly feel HORRIBLE pain in the left side of my abdomen. Unfortunately my immediate thought was "Well this is it. This is when my body betrays me again." Then I rolled over on my right side and immediately farted and I feel fine now. TMI but I thought it was funny 😂
