So I had sex with my husband about an hour ago and now I'm having minor cramps that come and go should I be concerned or is it normal also my lower back is hurting I can tolerate the pain it's just uncomfortable I am a FTM so I have no idea I haven't had sex in the longest time ever so I don't know if it's normal

Totally normal. If it's unbearable then call your doctor. Lay on your left side and try to get some sleep.

Cramps after sex is totally normal! Could be round ligament pains. Very common after sex, especially if he came inside you because sperm causes it more than just orgasms.
