You can stretch your perineum using coconut oil, look up the stretches on line. It can help prepare your body for delivery. Also, a diet rich in leafy greens and protein and low in sugar helps with skin integrity. Nothing is for sure though.

is this your first time with your doc tell himm you heard that the baby can rip you and what can he do does he cut just enough ask him to see how he work in those situations
all doc are different some cut some just help by stretching the area or some let you rip its better if you ask him

No oil is going to stop you from tearing. If your body is going to tear it's going to tear, there's no preventing it.

You can use coconut oil or any other vaginally safe oils to keep the area moisturized.

Tearing is awful, hopefully it doesn't happen. I tore a little with my first and not hardly at all with my 2nd
