you'll bleed for about a month the max it depends, I bleed for about 3weeks I also had a csection @kaidens_mommy

Everyone is different. I stopped bleeding before or by 14 days, and then spotted here and there after my c section. With my vaginal birth I bled for 19 days. I would say it's okay to bleed for 2-3 weeks after delivery. If you pass big clots, or feel weak then I would suggest calling your OB about it, but it should be normal

I bled for about 16 days after my C section but still bleed occasionally if I do too much like heavy lifting or whatever

Alright well I totally forgot the restrictions and lifted some heavy bags yesterday and have been naseous all day along with a lot of bleeding when I sit on the toilet.... stuff online is telling me after 4 days I shouldn't have heavy bleeding :/ @jesjes @kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom @jleightutt

It's totally normal, especially if you were physically pushing yourself. I had heavier bleeding at times too... If you pass anything the size of a lemon or bigger, or if you're still feeling that way after like 24 hours, I would call your doctor. But it doesn't sound like anything to worry about.
