I was cleaning with in a week of coming home from the hospital

Mine told me just no lifting more then 10 pounds and no vacuuming, but normal cleaning was fine unless it hurt

I guess everyone's different because they told me I shouldn't be cleaning, etc. @rachel8792 if that were the case I would've started a long time ago on the bright side I have my 6 week PP appt on Tuesday so as soon as they tell me I'm good to go I will get on it that same day :)

I was up cleaning at 3 days post partum. I think its really meant for heavy lifting, or anything crazy like that. Im sure its fine
