i wonder if i walk a mile if ill dialate more

If you are contracting and they are timeable and close enough together walking will work wonders. But I had walked for weeks on end and it didn't work until my contractions were 1-4 minutes apart.

For me it didn't work, but it may for you !!

i was 1 1/2 centimeters on the 20th. and ive been bouncing on the ball, jumping jacks, squats, sex, walking a little tiny bit . im hoping when i go back to the doctor on the 28th ill be dialated more . im every week now with my appointments @jk0516 @newmommy_2016

Nothing helped me except pitocin at the hospital I did it all, hopefully it will help u.

@kandice_stedman86, ive been induced with all my other kids but i dont want to be this time so im trying anything to help. and yes pitocin dialated me really freakin quick.

I totally understand I don't want to again either. Look into primrose oil, I have 2 friends that tried it after 38 weeks and both went into labor within 48 hours of using it. I don't know if it was a coincidence or not.
