You pump as much as you need to pump. If not just put baby to breast.

I pump whenever I get a chance 2 maybe 3 times a day. The more you pump, the more your body will produce. I use Madela storage bags and freeze what I feel I don't need to have right away. Some I put in a bottle for my fiancé to feed my son so I can have some down time. My son nurses all the time it seems so I feel like I never have any, but your body knows what your baby will need.

@haleymm, so when you freeze them when it's time to de thaw them how do you go about doing that?

@shayyliynn, it depends on you. I was on the move a lot and I wanted my kids to bond with other people other than me, so I pumped when I woke up, while baby slept and after each feeding.

@shayyliynn, i pump every 30 minutes, every hour. because i produce to much, and my daughter doesn't take bottles. so my milk goes down the drain. 😕

@sabreycastro1996, @godsjoi right and I'm always on the go. I'm doing because I don't totally agree with the benefits of formula. @godsjoi

I either put them in the fridge if I know I'll need them later that day, or sometimes I put them in the diaper bag and then when I need them and I'm out doing something I run them under hott water.
