Yup! And I still have them, now that I'm pregnant again they are a million times worse :( I asked my doctor what to do and she said cream and tucks pads, but it doesn't seem to be helping me any.

ice can help shrink them but often they never completely go away

Witch hazel, Apple cider vinegar, and soak in either a warm bath or separate them cheeks and let the warm water from the shower run on them.

They are not fun, I've had them with 2 of my pregnancies. Hope you get some relief soon

i know. When you sit on the toilet use a stool or small trash can flipped over and put your feet on it. This helps your body create the natural posture needed to have a BM without to much straining and pressure

Get some tucks pads & put them in the freezer before you use them. My dr suggested it & they made it feel so much better.
