today makes day 3 of my baby having a fever of at least 103 . I been giving her Pedialyte, to keep her hydrated, took her to the hospital Friday night and all they said was to give her Tylenol and watch for any new symptoms. she went a couple hours without a fever. then it came back at 103 , gave her medicine and Pedialyte..now she's getting diareah😢

she's only 4 months old. anyone have any idea or experience with this?
