Get a yoga ball and start bouncing I started 2 weeks before I was due, eat pineapple apparently, and I was due 21st Saturday and Sunday came and went for a walk with my mum, power walked the dogs with her and then jokingly she was pressing the brakes the car saying I'll get this baby out, generally thought I was going to wet my self with laughter!! And 4:30pm and my waters broke! Spot on. And had my little princess on the Monday morning 11:31 xxx hope this help and yoga ball 3.99 from sports direct xx balsamic vinegar is meant to be good. Cover my food with it for a good 3 weeks before my due date! I was the same so scared of going over due. And I was soo moody on the Sunday and boom it started xxxxx you'll find you'll try anything 😂😂😂

@tg123456789, @harleighmx do not try this butter beer. my sis in law tried it, it never helped but all she was vomiting out during labour was yellowy butter substance. when I asked my midwife about this remedy she said they do not advise it. however she advised me to have lots of sex as semen has something in it that helps, lots of walking and bouncing on ball.
