@indigenousmommy, we weren't ever married but the case manager will want a DNA test done but he's not on my daughters birth certificate

@cubanese, he can take me to court...idc I have a lawyer I'm ready he's not lol. he's sitting here watching me struggle to support his kid while supporting his new chicks daughter. but he still wants to see my daughter weekly for an hour(supervised) if he takes me to court I'd applaud him cud he hasn't put one penny towards her. and after he starts having to pay child support I doubt he has enough money to pay for a lawyer
