Okay my nipples hurt / itch don't judge me but it's really bad and idk what I can do to make it stop they're like dry and it's like if I scratch them it hurts more like they're cracking.

Use nipple cream that will help a ton

maybe buy a tube of hydrocortisone anti itch cream
