I know most women swear by it @studio.ghibli.mom23 worth a shot :) takes like black licorice so I hated it lol but those other suggestions work too! :) you could smell like maple :)

I've heard from my breastfeeding peer counselor that it doesn't work she told me fenugreek leaves or seeds or you can take it @aamaitland
