I'm hurting so bad this pain in my back is now all the way up to my shoulder blades and it started out at my lower back and when I went to the hospital a few days ago I was having contractions and I also had a uti and was dehydrated as well. idk what's going on

I wasn't feeling my first contractions and at that time they were 6 to 12 minutes apart

Possibly contractions you don't always feel them when I went into preterm labor I didn't feel all of mine I had a really strong one when I got hooked up on the monitor that I didn't feel and I was 3cm dilated

I've tried relaxing and drinking water and fluids and also walking but still no relief
