It's provided but I wish I would have taken my own towels just because they're bigger and fluffier.

toiletries ( toothpaste, toothbrush, soap unscented, lotion, hair bonnet, perfume lol, chapstick, deodorant )
nipple cream
wash cloth,towel
laptop
I think that's about it for myself. the perineal cold packs are absorbable so that's why I didn't bring regular pads
