Does anyone know why ur feet swell up after a c sections ? & what helps reduce the swelling?

From all the fluids. Walk (but don't over do it), water is your best friend, keep feet elevated as much as you can. Should go down within a week or 2

just the extra fluids shifting.. drink lots of water and walk.. @kathy218

It's because of all the fluids that they pump in you
