Anyone experience extreme shortness of breath after delivery ? I'm 6 days PP. It's worse than when I was pregnant . I can't walk or lay down without being out of breath. Yesterday I thought it may be gas, but I woke up feeling worse. I did receive several IV fluids due to dehydration & I had two blood transfusions . I'm concerned but don't wanna leave my babies to go to ER if it's something simple like gas i can't expel .
