Aww lovely to see how the biggest day in a women's life started:) so many good stories :) can't wait for mine now xxxx @natzie86 @tg123456789 @sara-lou @chani2211 @clarebear83
with my little girl who is now one I woke up at quarter to 6 in the morning with it all gushing out and wouldn't stop. woke my partner up saying didn't know if it was my waters or i was wetting myself and couldn't stop! I panicked! there was loads of it. there was loads of jelly stuff too on closer inspection and some greeny and blood. so then I knew. phoned midwife who said wait til you get pains and they are a few minutes apart. within 15 minutes the pains had started. I got in the bath.Couldn't handle just being sat there. about half 8 phoned them again cos they were every few minutes. told me to come in. tried to get my pants on through the pain. then they were just constant! cut a long story short. I didn't make it to the hospital. I could feel her head! phoned an ambulance. they arrived just as I was pushing on my bed! my partner delivered our baby girl and the midwifes turned up after I had her! so was about 4 hours in total of being in labour and my waters going. I had her at 9. 56 am. xx
1st time mine never broke. After 5days having contractions they finally broke them in hospital. 2nd time I woke up with lower back pain & after pacing around for a while my waters broke 3am on the landing @sunshine091 😂
First two was broke for me mid labour, third broke behind the babies head but we didn't know until baby came out and fourth broke spontaneously at 5cm as I stood up to go to loo
