Anybody got any tips on how to unblock a blocked nose? Haven't had a proper nights sleep now in over…

@amyloux, i suffered with blocked sinuses really bad to begin and vicks helped me.. hope u find a relief as its horrible x

I was the same early on and used vix (totally safe to use, as I was unsure too) I put the tiniest bit in a sink of boling water which done wonders. Hope you feel better soon x

I have a stuffy nose too so I keep a tub of Vicks beside my bed for when I wake up during the night. It's brilliant! Another thing is eucalyptus oil. Just put a few drops on your pillow or on a tissue. xx
