It could just be the muscles going back to normal... They just did a lot of work

Nothing hurts when I seat or when I pee it's just a pain that comes an goes every time @dcb012

If it burns when you pee it could be a UTI from the catheter.... If it hurts when you're sitting on something firm it's probably just your pelvic floor heeling

Is it always or when you urinate? Did you have stitches or a catheter
