3 months is a little early for teething I think, I wouldn't give him any Tylenol, I would just try to comfort and go through everything (dirty diaper, hungry, tired) all that stuff. If he's still crying you can always call your doctor to ask about the Tylenol! Good luck :)

3 months isn't too early for teething^ my son starting teething at 3 months. And yes you can give your baby Tylenol.

@chloesmama96, thanks! unfortunately he is teething right now because he's always chewing on things (mostly his hands) and drooling and I felt some little sharp teeth at the top :/ I called my mom and she told me I had 3 teeth by 4 mos. My son got his first tooth right before 4 months! I gave him Tylenol, Drs had us give him Tylenol for shots anyway. I don't remember the dosage but it's definitely ok to give him even though you already gave him gripe water. They're for different things and don't contain the same ingredients

I think gripe water is good for teething too isn't it?

Does your pediatric office have a web site? Ours does, and they post dosage charts for OTC medications. Check and see if the do.
