oh damn.. well I took it real early in my pregnancy and haven't since.. I definitely wouldn't take it then lol! if your feeling real sick peppermint helps real good!😊

@sarahwilliams, look it up online. 😔 they took it off the list for pregnant women. Causes birth defects and can harm the mom too
