so I'm having cramps have been since 10am called my doctor he said bed rest until my appointment Monday but they are starting to get painful to where I want to cry but I guess I'll just lay in bed like he said.

@81516mommy2be, I am at l&d right now and they said I'm dehydrated yet again this is crazy I drink water and Gatorade all day long

I had the same problem with my youngest son constantly being dehydrated but I also found out that u can get dehydrated from drinking to many liquids throughout the day too. I know it sounds absurd cause when it's hot out all u wanna do is drink fluids but I guess it's a real thing. Try watching how much u drink and ask ur Dr how much u should drink in a day it may help a lil
