Had my bloody show, now 4 1/2 cm and waiting to get the epidural then dr is gunna break my water. Guys, i can't stop crying..I'm so scared. 😭😭

You'll do great..I took hot shower and nipple stimulation it helped. And epidural might help relax body and get you going without dr breaking water

@hlanc4, I didn't know I could shower or else I would have. These contractions are so unbarrible 😫 how are your babies

You got this momma! And after you hold your baby you'll forget allll about it! At least until you have to go pee 😂 but that doesn't last long ❤️

Omg girl!!!! yay! was the pain horrible before the epidural???? when you get it??? lol I'm a big nervous wreck lol
