Swear by aptamil we used SMA but babes tummy didn't like it swapped to atptamil and had no issues. Slightly more expensive though I think 😕 xx

Daisy is on cow&gate and she's never had a problem but I don't know how it'd mix with breast milk xx

To be totally honest I can't remember it was nearly 3years ago 🙈 but asked my health visitor or doctor for what to do, I'm sure even if you rang they could tell you over the phone. I think we did just change it but had to expect an upset tummy for a day or two but definitely double check with someone Hun xx
