How do you ladies stay confident when the one you love doesn't show it. Like doesn't like your stuff…

Definitely have an open conversation with him. Relationships can't be built on someone being paranoid or jealous, you wouldn't want it to anyway.

Communication is how you'll make it. If he doesn't want to talk about what's bothering you, then there's no point of trying.

That's tough! For me Nick does show me and tell me but I keep in mind that he is lucky to have me as I am lucky to have him. It's a 2 way street! Sometimes a taste of their own medicine helps them to realize it

Start liking guys posts and have confidence in yourself! Show him you would be just fine without him! He's not the only man in the world that you can be with. You are beautiful by the way!

Let him know what's bothering you. And if he has the nerve to justify and belittle your feelings, then he's not worth it.

@ella1007, I do that but we are too the point after we broke up last year I unfollowed him off stuff because I didn't want too see that stuff. But I don't think he really notices? Lol @keepingupwithhenry that's true... he just acts like I make situations worse because I overthink things.

He needs to value your feelings.
