I know I'm probably just over reacting but I was doing a self exam on my breast as I do often and I felt a lump about the size of a ping pong ball on one of my breast. It doesn't hurt at all it kinda feels like pressure when I touch it. I have my next appointment on the first. Anybody experience this before? I am kinda worried.

I had something like that near my armpit on my breast a few months ago, it did go away. It could be milk ducts, try massaging it and warm compress and see if that helps.
