so I am officially decided on cloth diapers.
any tips or suggestions on them?? would love the help!!
Oh and YouTube is great for info on cloth diapering, good luck!
@ktwins188, it's actually not that much more washing, maybe like an extra load a week, depending on the size stash you have, and as for getting the poop off you can just put it in the washer as long as you are only breastfeeding because breast milk poop is water soluble, if you're not breastfeeding or the baby has started on solids you simply spray the poop off in the kitchen sink or you can even get a spray thing that hooks to your toilet.
As for the original poster, look up pocket cloth diapers, they're great you can really customize the absorbency of your diaper by adding more or less inserts depending on your child. Some great affordable places to get cloth diapers are ecoclothdiaper.com and alvababy.com
Pretty sure you rise the poop off in the toilet. and yes I'm very prepared for the washing! thanks guys!
its gonna be a lot of washing and how do you get the poop off it with a wipe
Research creams, try different types, and good luck... They didn't work at all for us
and they have inserts for that. good luck! :)
