I can imagine. I'm glad my doctor let me be induced a week early just because I was miserable.

She was going to strip my membranes but I wasn't dilated at all. I went into the hospital at 4pm on a wednesday and got cervidil. They took it out next morning at 6am and started pitocin. I had only dilated to maybe a 1. Doctor said it was going to be a very long labor because I wasn't progressing but my body responded amazingly to pitocin and I had him at 1054 that night. She said legally she couldn't induce me until 39 weeks and she knew that's what I wanted and let me pick a day lol. I know some doctors won't do it until past due date. My dr would of let me go to 42 weeks but I wasn't having that. lol. Doesn't hurt to ask! :)

Once u hit 39 weeks u can be induced for no reason cuz ur considered full term

I was 3 cm and 50% effaced on Monday so I'm still praying that I go into labor like tonight would be nice!! Lol
