I always heard that nipple stimulation can help labor start. I've read online that using a breast pump can also start labor. Has anyone tried this before and it's worked ??

I tried pumping and I started cramping right away so I stopped!! So I think it does work it's just too early for me.

Been using a pump for a while now and all it does is give me some cramps, no contractions!
