Even when my baby's where newborns I gave them a little short sponge bath with night time baby bath head to toe and then put the bedtime night time lotion on them too! I love the smell!

I bathed my son every night. lavender oil behind his ears. breast fed him and slept for 8 hours straight. especially during the summer it's essential.
