My stomach gets tights and hard for a few seconds. For me it doesn't hurt its just uncomfortable...

Sometimes they are painful but sometimes it's just tightening of your uterus. It can be on only one side as well

They always made my stomach feel as hard as a rock, usually lasted a few minutes & then stopped.

kinda like horrible period cramps
