okay I'm probably paranoid. :( I haven't felt the baby move a lot like she use to.... I used the fetal monitor thing to hear and her hearts beating and if hear her move some.... but don't feel it.... is this normal? what should I do? I don't wanna keep going to the er for what seems nothing.... I'm 27 weeks today. I'm scared..... help

if you hear the heart beat, you should be fine. try to stay calm and drink water and lay on your side. do a kick count 10 kicks in 2 hours. if you don't get 10 then repeat it again in the evening. you van also call labor and delivery for advice instead of going to er. But I want to stress something to you. never let the er make you feel bad for going in. it is their job to take care of you and answer your questions! good luck!@saracook

thank you. I'm just scared.... I'm going to my regular pcp because I think I have a cold and I didn't know if that can cause it.... should I ask him for advice?

most definitely, also your placenta can be in front and that will make it so you can't feel baby also. @saracook

I called the o.b like my pcp suggested and they want me to drink 84 ounces of water and wait 2 hrs and to do kick count. and if it isn't what she likes then she's gonna have me come in to the hospital. :(
