@beelynn, continue to breastfeed. Your breastmilk changes when sick to provide antibodies and immunity to baby. I know first hand. I was sick for two days with flu and cold and breastfeed Ethan as usual even more so and he didn't get sick at all. Feel better. Keep hydrated
