has anyone introduced low fat milk to their baby before the 1st year? im thinking about switching two bottle feedings to cows milk because WIC doesnt give me enough formula and i dont have the kind of money to buy formula when he runs out. let me know your experiences. no rude comments.

oh ok, so do you thik that if i was to mention the fact that the amount of formula he gets isnt enough to WIC they can give me more? cause i dont want him to get sick or something from the milk

whenever we would run out of formula, I always bought a tub of the target brand formula, it's the exact same thing and ingredients. Those 7 cans we got from wic were never enough

The tub costs about $13 vs the $15-16 a can of similac 😟 and it's more formula

I was told to not give them low fat milk before two especially before one because it doesn't have the fats they need, that under two yr olds should have whole milk. Don't take my word for it. Just what the state told me when I worked at a daycare

@ortegacass661, I honestly don't know you would have to speak with them?! you don't get food stamps you can get some with that?! I see you live in LA hmm have you try going in to like craglist LA there is group and people sell a much of stuff it on Facebook, sometime I see people sell formula for like 10bucks the can!!
