18 weeks+3 measuring 18+6!! becoming veryyyyy uncomfortable and feeling like the babies are pushing off of each other into either side of me it looks like there's aliens in there 😂😩

Does this look like a dog? If so, what kind? Someone posted it on a lost dog Facebook page and said that she is very skinny and looks like she's been on her own for a while. She kind of looks like a baby fox or coyote to me.
