Ugh! Woke up from a dead sleep to puke because of heart burn. Gosh I hate heart burn so much!! Hoping my boys have hair somewhere with all this freaking heartburn going on. I am so tired!! :'(

mamabree92 @hunokeli, I was reading something about not laying down after you eat because that can cause it.
hunokeli @mamabree92, that could be it 🤔 sometimes I do lay down a little after I eat.
