Idk I was 40 weeks when I started it because I had went to my appointment and I was only a two so my SO went to go buy me a ball because they were inducing me in the morning and I wanted to be more dilated because I didn't want to do the cervical balloon procedure and sure enough it took me from a 2 to a four over night but I mean I'm sure it will help you start dilating you're still early

yesss! used it the morning i was in labor...when i got to the hospital i was 4cm...

Yup went from a 2-4 over night then 4-6 in 15 minutes my labor was quick and it was my first baby

im not in labor i just need something to help me dialate. do u have to be in labor for it to work
