Are you allowed to eat poached eggs when you're pregnant?

You can have eggs as long as they are cooked all the way through

I still eat runny yolks when I have eggs aslong as its cooked then you'll be fine xx

It also says on the made for mums website you can if it has the red lion stamp on it and is heated through.

Yeh they just recommend not runny eggs x

You can eat egg, runny or however if it's got the lion stamp on it as those chickens have all been immunised. I ate egg all kinds of ways both pregnancies 😊

I was told as long as the eggs have the lion stamp your all good for runny eggs ! :)
