the actually milk doesn't come in until after you give birth sometime it can take a couple days I produced the colostrum at about 26 weeks lol and trust me it's not fun when you don't like to sleep in clothes lol

Nipple stimulation could case contractions, so unless you want to see your baby hooked up to monitors and possibly having machines helping baby breathe, I could leave the nips alone. I never leaked, but I never messed with my nipples either. I know leaking on your own is normal though. Just be careful.

I played with mine and I went 41 weeks plus. So that might not even work to cause labor.
