Your belly tightens really hard and it's painful so painful you have to breathe it out ugh I remember those... 😩

I feel like a constant pain and it gets stronger for a minute or so..... I hope it goes away if not ima have to go get checked just to be safe

It's different for everyone! My first felt nothing like period cramps but I had back labor! It was more of a sting and. Constricting feeling that hurt really bad! With this pregnancy (39 weeks now) so far all I've had is cramping like my period but I also hVe kidney stones so idk what I'm feeling, lol 😂
