my feet and legs are so swollen as well as my hands what can I do to help they feel so fight and it's hard to walk ???!!!

I have seen my doctor I started my weekly appointments I never have high blood pressure though it's always perfect and normal , she just told me to avoid the heat and since I'm coming close to delivering it's normal but surely there's got to be something to do or take its miserable
