I'm beyond stressed! I'm due in 3-4 weeks or less and NOW my dad decides to tell my mom she can't take me ANYWHERE unless I have gas money. my husband is outta work due to a hand injury and all money we have goes on our children and getting everything for our son. and my dad jumped my husbands ass because he didn't jump up and mow the yard for them the day they asked him to because it stormed. he was getting ready to go get the mower when my dad showed up. my dad threatened to cave in my husbands skull over the yard not being mowed... I'm done with this bullshit. I don't even what my dad around my children at all... Guess I'll be having my husband and sister in the room instead of having my mom there because she blames me for her anxiety and my dad being the way he is..

Your dad sounds exactly like mine. He got so shitty at my boyfriend for not mowing the lawn minutes after he asked. So freaking annoying I hate it here

@alexinwonderland, no they're not doing anything besides taking me to appointments. they don't do anything else for us. we live next door to a building that my mom manages that's a rental. she asked my husband to mow the grass and because he was getting ready to do it today instead of the day it was storming my dad does this... @emkasting I hate it. we don't even live with them were like a mile and a half away and they do this shit all because of him not mowing during the storm...

There is no way in hell my dad would say he would cave my husbands head in without me getting into his ass as soon as it came out of his mouth. When you get married it's husband over everybody so dad would of got the business. If it's storming why mow?? They need to be put in there place because that mouth is reckless.

@mommy_of_02, it wasn't until my husband came in and told me and my dad was gone. I messaged my mom and told her and we got into it because her anxiety being out of control and she basically made it sound like it's my fault. I'm not allowing my dad to be involved with my children until he can do so with respect for myself and my husband and without drinking! I'm tired of being stressed out

@themommaoffour, I'm so sorry to hear your parents treat you like that. I know first hand what it's like to have toxic parents. You have every right to cut your parents out of your life and especially your children's life. I put up with bad behavior from my mother and step father for way too many years involving my oldest son. I gave them an ultimatum to clean up their act or not be involved with me or my kids. That was in November and I haven't seen them since. It sucks, I'm here if you ever want to vent. 🍻

@alexinwonderland, thank you. everyone thinks I'm overreacting because I'm pregnant but this is the 3rd time this pregnancy something like this has happened. I've never been really close with my dad but my mom and I were really close. I just can't believe she's siding with him. I refuse to let them drag me down when my husband is the only one who's been there to pick me up every time this has happened in the last 8 years!
