any other moms not like talking to their belly??
every one tells me "aw you need to talk to him" "why don't you talk to him" blah blah but it just feels strange to me. the only time when I can kinda do it is if I'm reading to him, but as far as directly talking to him I just feel awkward ☹️ it sorta makes me feel unconnected

I'd comment to my babies every now and then and yes sometimes it does feel akward, but what I did was sing lullabies sometimes, or play music through headphones and put them on my belly.

I never talked to my baby, but I would always sing in the car. I became attached more by the fact that I KNEW she was in there, growing. When she was born and I had an incredible blond, so, I say don't worry! I never chatted to my fat tummy!! Haha. I figure, if she can hear my heartbeat, then we are bonding. (:

Lol I sing song on the radio my kids read and they hear me talk to my hubby and kids I figure that's good she hears her name lots

I have never talked to my baby either! I mean I do in my head but not out loud lol. My bf always asks me why I don't talk to my stomach but I've always felt weird about it. You're definitely not alone lol

I talk to my baby inside my head mostly, and send feelings to her, unless she hurts me, then I talk to her

🙋🏻 this is so me, I felt like I was being horrible by not talking to my belly much. I will make little comments especially when he's moving a lot , but not have like a full on chat with him. I just felt a little awkward doing it . And it makes me feel way better to see I am not the only one :) . I love him and I'm sure he knows that, and he hears me blabber all the time even if it's not directed to him lmao
