Okay input please!!! I have hope!!
I was super stressed that i would have to work third shift cause my boyfriend doesn't have a set time he gets out and I wouldn't know if he would be home in time for me to leave. But my friend who has a ten month old daughter has offered to pick my baby up after she get out of work and take her to her house and watch her for the two or three hours that my boyfriend might not be out so I can make it to work. She is right on the way home for him and as I said she is a mom, a great mom. But Jordan is weird about who can watch our baby... I haven't been sleeping or eating or doing anything which is awful ( I force feed myself) because I was so worried about this but now I have hope and feel better. Should I hang on to the hope and talk about it with him later so I can make it through these weeks? Or should I rip of the band aid and give him the chance to shoot me down? And how do you think I can ease his worries so he might say yes?

in situations like this... I don't give them a chance to say no. he can help find someone to watch the baby but its YOUR life your FAMILIES life. not HIS. its not about him. its about being a TEAM where all the members are happy, healthy, and taken care of. you should work together. not have a boss at work then come home to another one. I would tell him she offered if she doesn't work you can try to find someone else. that's what I did with my sons dad at the time. I wasn't going to be stuck working crappy hours or being an at home mom. it wasn't what I wanted. he was upset at first but he helped. good luck!
