im thankful that God allowed me to work until i was 36 weeks and that my job offers 100% paid maternity leave. 20 weeks off with my baby is enough for a start.

That's awesome you got 20weeks? Lol I was feeling good about my 3months until now ha ha. That's great tho either way it's a blessing. I would hate to go straight to work after my baby. Some moms have to do it. I can't imagine how hard that has to be🙁

i know. but at least you get some time off some moms only get 6 weeks. and thats with them having to work up until the day theu have the baby. @desi720

Yea there should be something mandatory in place for moms because it seems these jobs really don't care.

they dont. thats why you have to make sure they offer all of that . you never know. @desi720

If I hadn't had to stop working early on in my pregnancy due to being put on bed rest I would have gotten 28 weeks paid leave 😩 that's awesome that you're getting 20 weeks! Most places only offer 6 weeks and I think that's ridiculous
