sooooooo after my fiance telling his mom about smoking in the house again .. she jumps down or throat , throwing things in the house .. saying "she'll smoke in the house when she wants to , it's her house " yet were the ones paying all the bills and the rent , paying for her beer and cigarettes! taking care of her . a huge fight broke out I startedd having a anxiety attack & she calls the ambulance .. wtf I was fine. She tried to get my fiance arrested , she told us to get the fuck out is her house. but we been paying the bills ? she has to ask other people to pay her half of the rent , because she wants to spend all her money on beer & cocaine ? So we left for a couple nights. She kept telling us not to come back but all our son stuff and ours is there still , she kept talking crap about my fiance so my sister said shut up already and she comes running at my sister who is also pregnant.. she's such a psycho idk what to do , I'm scared to go back there now . she started a huge fight , saying she hasn't smoked in the house in three months but she smokes all day everyday in the house .. she's a drunk and needs help. me and my fiance don't want to lose that place, is there any legal way we can make it to where she has to move out ? we can afford the house by ourselves and she can't.. also ever sense this all happened I haven't felt baby boy kick at all .. not even resounding to the light I out on my belly & he tries to kick it off every single time I do it , and this time he didn't.. I'm so worried , just need advice

if you can also confirm with your landlord that you and your husband are the ones that pay to the cops they can take her out you also need an eviction notice witch u can get in court

send her crazy ass to rehab. bring up that drug use in court and I'm sure they'll give you the house plus put her there. she's psycho because of doing drugs especially if its been for a long time. that or you guys could probly afford a place of your own. than she'll have no one to pay her bills, that would be harder on you guys but serve that drugged up hag what she deserves. sorry but just hearing of her doing that shit makes me mad

I would have her baker acted. Tell them that's she's crazy and doing drug and that she threatened you. You have to say that you fear for your life and your baby. They will come get her and force her to go to rehab.

get her admitted saying shes a danger to herself n others. she lies and does drugs. trys to physically attack everyone. and who ever the landlord is should make a contract with u. first off if u live there she cant kick u out. legally u cant kick her out either. unless u get her arrested or admitted cuz she crazy. then not allow her back in because shes put ur life n unborn child life in danger. if not then i suggest u get an police officer to escort u to get ur babys stuff and ur stuff and u guys find ur own place n dont ever look back

R u sure ? U r going to bring your baby to this house where the elders r drug addicts n smokers specially grand mom? Wat influence will your kid will have? Better to step out of her house n find your own place if u can afford.
