I have a question for the breastfeeding/pumping moms. How do you heat up breast milk on the go? Like, how do you give your baby a bottle when you're eating dinner at a restaurant? lol I just realized that I don't know how to bottle feed my breastfed baby. My others wouldn't take bottles when I was breastfeeding so I'm clueless.

A lot of babies don't need it heated. But run it under warm water in the bathroom or ask for a cup of hot water

I try to take thawed just to speed up warming a little, but either way

they actually r good for 8 hours left out at room temp. so i would pump before ya go and itll be fine for later eating
